You shoot 50 rounds. Target is scored as if the 10 and X rings = 5, the 9 ring = 4, the 8 ring = 3, the 7 ring = 2, outside the 7 ring in the black = 1, and outside of the black = 0.

Max score = 50 x 5 = 250.

The test is easy. Almost no one fails it. Many shooters "clean" the course (i.e. shoot 250).

Don't worry about it.

As for addresses, I think all you have to do is list whatever addresses you have put on your driver's license. Like if you did some college-related apartment hopping and didn't change the address on your driver's license I think it doesn't "count".
