Thanks I was wondering about this. I bought a gun from a relative whose name is on a gun shop's ledger somewhere along with the S/N. If I in turn sold the gun etc. etc. and it eventually was stolen and used in a crime, I suppose it might be useful to have a bill of sale with the buyer's name/signature and serial number on it?Jumping Frog wrote:"Paranoid" is the correct term, because this is a scenario not worth worrying about.
