CHL status finally updated and showing CHL mailed - February 21, 2014.


I had not seen a status change on February 19, 2014 so I called the DPS and spoke on the phone explaining I was worried about things not seeming to move, the person I spoke to said they would speak to their supervisor. I was then told that the supervisor would personally see to it that my application process would be accelerated. They weren't kidding. I guess the squeaky wheel really does get the grease! Just thought I would share my experience...

Received my CHL in the mail today!!! - February 27, 2014.

Sent it electronically. On a brighter note though, I just went and picked me up a glock 30 gen 3.

I sent all my paperwork in on 12/5/13 still waiting.
