FINALLY A STATUS CHANGE!!!!!!! Background under review - printing pending upon complete background. Maybe by Easter?

Thing seem to be moving along. Checked this morning - less than 24 hours background has been completed and status has manufacturing!!!!!!
Just checked the site. Went from manufacturing to mailed in 24 hours
So now I have a new dilemma..........state says it mailed last Friday........still no card a week later........so, was it really, really mailed.....or is it the USPS.......
"Mailed" does not mean the envelope was stamped and handed to the mailman.
The status means it has been readied for pickup by the mail room. All mail at DPS headquarters goes out through the mailroom. It can take a few days to get out in the USPS system.
