I mailed my stuff on Nov 4th, on-line status finally shows as "background check: under review" today! So you should be seeing yours updated soon! Gary Story on Austin Fox TV news tonight (Friday 9pm) on the long wait for processing CHL applications. Says the DPS has hired temporary workers...
