How do I fine out if it is legal to carry in the Kyle Public Liberary? It is across the street from a school. Also can you carry in the Kyle city park. I do not know who to ask. If I ask in the liberary they will most likely say no carry. Can anybody help me? Thanks

I know that it can take up to 60 days, I have only been back in Texas for one year now, so it will probuly take longer for the out of state checks. I did have a carry card in Tennessee so that might help.
