I've had zero luck with streaming this... I'm able to get it started (both video and audio) using VLC (I won't load Real Player, it's too spammy and performance is bad).. VLC will stream about 3 minutes before it freezes. Forget about skipping ahead.

Anyone have this saved to their local drive and care to share it?

Reread the exception. Unless given 30.06 notice, you CAN carry at any meeting of a government entity.

I'm always telling people to read all the way down, and I always remember the exceptions for b4-6, but this time I forgot c. I'll blame it on the fact that the last two times I went to the capitol, it was on school field trips with my kids, so I didn't carry or use the CHL line.
