He told me they just needed to put my picture in the system to print my card. I was told to check the site again in 2 weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have waited an extra week but there has been no change. I'm going to call them again tomorrow.
Called DPS this morning and the lady who answered the phone transferred me to a specialist without me even asking. The specialist told me she'd add it to her stack and have it mailed in 7-10 business days. So it looks like I'm finally going to make it out of review.
