I take the law to mean if there's a racing event going on then that means no carry. Doesn't matter if its "street night" or a "sanctioned" event. If vehicles are lining up at the dragstrip then they are racing.

After watching the video of the jewlery robbery video where the guy tries to rack his slide and gets killed; I always carry one in the chamber. Glad everything worked out for ya.
