I tried to call and hit a brick wall "Our agents are too busy right now...". I hope you are wrong about mailing them in and emailing was enough. I guess time will tell at this point; if they are really that busy then I guess it will be a looooong wait anyway.

I just uploaded my checklist through their system. I never mailed anything. Got my new CHL in 20 days. Alright then, I'll just send them back the sheet they just sent me! :smilelol5: :lol:: Gotta love bureaucracy. :thumbs2: For anyone else's reference, I sent them the checklist using this form here...
