They told us that on Thursday, Friday we went back to the class instructor. I called and got a supervisor and I asked if they worked Saturday, yes! They gave me the phone number of a person that met us outside their office to take the 3 sets of prints that we had re-done. So 2 days after notification they had replacements and they were approved about a week or so later and CHL issued.That was great service in my view. I'm glad to see things improving. I must say though that I was also told that the complaints helped them get the extra 12 people.
