I think Griz meant to write that a class A or B will require a 5 year wait for your Texas license - though you may be able get a CHL from another state during that time.Griz44 wrote:If the conviction was a class B or Class C which it probably was, it will likely be a 5 years wait. See if you can get the records and find out what the conviction level was. If you are lucky enough for it to be a class C, you are good to apply.
