I keep eyeing the MTAC, I just haven't really had a good reason to try out out yet. I started out with a CTAC and have stuck with it for as long as I've carried. I've been very happy with it, but it is very possible that I've adapted to it too.
I do have a Galco Royal Guard for my full sized 1911 that is comfortable, but I've learned that I like a sweat guard on my holsters.

Full plunge (CTAC) or did you just dip your toes in the water (MTAC)?
I have two CTACs that I really like, but haven't tried out an MTAC yet. I think it will grow on you, at least for the times that you need it.
