I picked up the exact same safe from a dealer in Dallas. He sells safes on the side for a little extra cash to help with his hobbies. He sold us the safe for $480 each and my friend had a pickup truck so delivery was free. I am very happy with the safe but I can see my self easily running out of space. My main concern was locking up all my firearms with a child in the house. Any safe is better than no safe or leaving stuff locked up in cases in an emergency situation. I really like the pockets on the door to hold 4 pistols, keys, paperwork and other miscellaneous stuff that you want to store without taking up precious space. I have already picked up a small dehumidifier and plan to add some LED lightning inside to help in dark situations.
