In the last year plus I've begun proofreading and copy editing for authors. They aren't global names yet but have some great works in various genres. I recommend checking out, in no particular order, Ben Rehder, Margaret Lake, Scott Pratt, Maria Schneider, Boyd Morrison and Ed Markham.

Gun books. Anything by Skeeter Skelton among others already mentioned.

Fiction. Along with others mentioned, Boyd Morrison is an up and comer that will be compared to Clancy, Flynn, Cussler, Patterson and others in years to come.

He won't get any of my money either. If I find the book used so he makes nothing I might get it if it's really cheap. He's an idiot though and I'm sorry to hear he's on the NRA board. We don't need people like that.
