That looks like a restaurant quality stainless steel kitchen prep area...makes me wonder what they're eating for breakfast in SweetWater 
Sure it looks nasty...while it isn't actually any nastier than any other gutted critter, it's still a SNAKE! But I like having them around better than having rodents around. They just need to make sure I can't see them and I make sure I don't reach where I'm not looking, then we're all happy and nobody gets their scaly little head blow'd off.
