I've lived in Atlanta recently for 12 years. Open carry legal in GA for many years. Never saw anyone carry in town, but heard of and saw a few in the 'burbs (Walmart/Mall).

Given the harassment the cops gave photographers in Atlanta, I don't think anyone would carry downtown. A camera is not all that dangerous, is it ?

Anyway, I don't expect the TX big cities to have many OC'ers once the cops show them what it will entail.
