A young man I work with recently took the class (but has yet to complete his package) and told me he learned from his class that one CANNOT carry CONCEALED in an ankle holster. When I tried to explain the new rules for OPEN CARRY, he was adamant that he heard the CONCEALED rule correctly.

I am leaning towards the possibility that he just did not understand his instructor. I hope.
