. He removed the mag disconnect and did an action job on my Hi Power a few years ago. Still works great.So I called him just now and asked him what's shaking with his lawsuit. He said there will be a hearing on 22 December in San Antonio. The BATFE is trying to move the venue from San Antonio to Washington DC, where there are four (I think he said) other similar lawsuits. I know the NRA and the NSSF filed lawsuits, I don't know who the others are.
