Seventh Circuit denies incorporation

Looks like it's going to the SCOTUS for sure now....

Looks like they were basically a speed bump on the way to SCOTUS, as mentioned over at Volokh, as it was "ARGUED MAY 26, 2009—DECIDED JUNE 2, 2009".
