Procedure to complain about invalid 51% sign

Sometimes business post the wrong TABC sign because TABC sends them both signs
and the employees can't tell one from the other.

You can complain to the TABC about this. First, verify the type of license that they have (and
get their license number, usually MBxxxxxx for Mixed Beverage Permit.

Then follow the procedure for filing a complaint.

I just did one of these and it took about 30 days to complete the investigation (my particular complaint
was denied and I suspected it might be denied). My complaint had to do with the exact "premises" of
the licensee.
