This is even more interesting that 30.06 and 30.07 signs are mandated in Spanish. Why is this necessary if all LTC holders supposed to be able read and pass the LTC test in English?ScottDLS wrote:This is really interesting. I think in Texas you can take the DL test in Spanish...but I doubt the LTC test.
Further more, if Texas can trust someone who may not be proficient in English to operate a 6,000 lb motor vehicle, shouldn't they also trust the same people with a handgun?
