They will try to speed up your application, but no time frame will be given. But the good thing is whoever specialist you might end up talking to will personally do your application, and they will give you their direct phone line to contact them, so you dont have to call dps and wait on the line for 20 mins. You have to call dps and ask for a specialist, just tell the prep that you return a call from a specialist. Then when you get in touch with them, just tell them that you submitted your paperworks awhile back ( just tell them about 4 weeks ago), then just say that you have been asked to re submit it several times. That is somewhat normal for people that is not born in U.S; as the matter of fact, it happened to me too. I submitted everything on feb 16th, called on march 10, and they didnt have anything.
