I love mine. It's been my primary EDC since I picked it up in June or so. It's super comfortable & concealable in shorts/t-shirt. Now that we're back to jacket & sweatshirt weather, the 19 will probably get the majority of my carry.

Another vote for the 43 behaving like you'd expect a Glock to behave. I bought mine primarily as a BUG, but during the summer I found it being my go-to EDC due to its comfort and concealability in shorts and a t-shirt. It's a bit snappier than the 19 but I've put 500+ rounds through it without issue.

IANAL, but my guess is that they are considered a university campus due to their affiliation with the UT System. They're a teaching hospital I suspect, which would prohibit carry under 46.03 (1).

I'm also guessing that the key word here is "premises".
