Any chance of SB11 still moving forward or does that last post foreshadow bad news?

I will personally appear in front of at least one board against bans. If I had to guess, I would go up against some of the higher ups... That's if it passes, and I still hope so. The partial opt-out included, it would be forward motion which is better than no motion at all.

Now that HB910 has passed both chambers, chances we get campus carry done get better?? Will the committee be able to meet in time to hash it out???

OK -- it is now 11:58, and I dont see conferees from the House. This needs to happen in the next couple of hours for them to have a reasonable chance to get everything done with enough time to vote on Saturday or Sunday, am I right? Make the conference committee, HOUSE!

So it sounds like the House is done for today. Says they might meet tomorrow at 10:00am. Even if conferees get appointed tomorrow, committee meets tomorrow, and distributes its report tomorrow, is there enough time to get to a vote? Saturday at midnight is the deadline to distribute committee reports, with Sunday at midnight being the deadline for votes, no? What are the chances?

I agree -- concur and be done with it. Fix it in 17. I'll take three baby steps over a giant leap on this one.
