I am a citizen, born in an American military hospital in Germany. I'm a brat.

Here is where I read needing certified documents: http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/ftp/forms/ls-16.pdf Section GC 411.174

I have a passport, citizenship papers and german record of birth.

Proper Documentation?

I read that I'll need...a certified copy of the applicant's birth certificate or certified proof of age.

I don't have a certified copy, was born overseas. Can I get my passport certified? Or my citizenship papers?

What type of documents are acceptable?
