Grand Jurors aren't selected from the normal jury pool. You must apply to be a member of the grand jury. In Harris County, they are empaneled for 90 days. During this time they will hear many cases, not just the one for Joe Horn. If you are interested, go to the Harris County website and download an application and send it in. http://www.justex.net/GrandJuryInfo/FAQ.aspx
Shoot...You get a free helicopter ride? Being a grand juror in Harris County is a pretty sweet gig.
