That is a huge can of worms. If you have plenty of time on your hands you can google all of this:

Michael Morton;
District Attorney Ken Anderson.
Should have gone to jail for life with possibility of parole after 25 years. Forum rules prohibit me from saying would should happen to people like Anderson.
