I have a Springfield 1911 loaded, well I just bought 300 rounds of 230 grain ball tulammo, steel casing for $50 bucks, will it hurt my 1911 to take it to the range and fire all those steel casing ammo through my stainless 1911?

So the gun shoots great! Heavy for Pocket carry I'll say! It kinda feels like dragging beach sand around in swimming trunks, I put 200 rounds and 3 times it didn't lock up fully to return to be able to shoot

If they go bankrupt... should I stock up on the older colt 1911's? Would the prices start increasing over the years?

The tactical variant one is an amazing gun, I had one then switched to an lem trigger which helped out a lot. You would love the accuracy of a 1911 but a polymer framed pistol

I just acquired a Sig p290 9mm. I haven't had the chance to shoot it yet, does anyone have feedback on how they perform, and also it has a laser attached to the front, is that removable? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated, thanks fellow chl friends
