If he must have a gun on a little budget get a Hi-point 9mm until he can afford to get a better gun. I have a 24/7 Pro and a Hi-point 9mm the Hi-point has around 3000rds through it not a bad gun for 120 bucks brand new comes with an 8 and 10 round mag. For starters it not to bad.

A beautiful gun 24/7

Dont see to many people with 24/7 Pros this gun is just awsome i have 2000 rounds through mine and has prefromed flawlessly. I have NO COMPLAINTS!!! im looking into gettting a PT 101 40 S&W next.
