Re: Whataburger's Gun Policy (Ugh)..........
Lots of beating dead horses here on all sides. I think everyone who disagrees will always disagree. I think what POed most people the most about Whataburger's decision, was their decision to politicize it - to pander to the liberal Mommies and leftists with this announcement - but yet trying to pla...

Re: Whataburger's Gun Policy (Ugh)..........
I know what's in the law. I just suggested that they SHOULD post the proper signage. Don't you think they should ? :iagree: I agree that they should post loud and proud their huge 3007 signs which advertise that they no longer want my money, yes! Curious they're only discriminating against Texas OC...

Re: How to "desensitize" a town for Open Carry?
=========================== Half of me feels like this: Carry concealed and you have no worries. "Y'all better make it light on yourselves and let me have those seats." - James F. Blake Just stay in the back and everything will be fine. You know, I'm moving closer to OC every day just to p...

Good plan on the car safe. I use a car lock box as well for just that reason because I don't trust the door locks alone.

It would also just be another excuse for TheStateInc to raise the cost of the license to pay for the tin ..

Re: Open Carry = Target?
Absolutely brilliant analysis and spot on - even the part about being attacked later or followed. People need to remember that gang-bangers and other terrorists are cowards who will sucker-shoot you in the back without a thought. There would be no warning. CHL gives you the advantage in all situati...

Re: New member; new plastic!
OK ok I just did a real live Wally walk!! 8am Sat morning carrying in a fanny pack. Waits for someone to tell me I cheated. :???: I bought another 150 rounds of 9mm while at Walmart to add to my collection - after being insulted with a sarcastic comment about Americans and a "tude" by what...

Re: Open Carry = Target?
While it is likely true that no evidence exists to support the statement that open-carry makes one a target, it is more likely true than the claim that open-carry reduces crime. There's absolutely no evidence of crime reduction, but that hasn't stopped OCT and others from making that false claim. O...

Lol...isn't it though!? Can't wait for the sequel! Anywho...no, no word on it yet. Still the same "allow sufficient time for processing..." blah blah blah. Gonna give it the rest of this week before I start buggin on the phone. How about you? I wouldn't bother calling until after 23 July ...
