Sooner fan here too. I got mine back around the 60 day mark door to door with having to resign one of the forms and send it back. I must have squeaked through without them noticing...

Good luck on the wait though and I hope it's over for you soon.

Their turning them out in Austin...

Well, like several other members on the board recently, my status changed this morning to "Application Completed - Certificate Issued." They must be gettin' with it down there in Austin. Now I just have to hope that the mail man has the same kind of work ethic, ha.

Just shot my first reloads!

Well, after months of reading info and gather supplies, I finally can say I've shot my own rounds. My Lee Classic turret press came in on friday and I spent this weekend getting it all set up. Loaded 50 rounds lastnight and went to the range on my lunch break today to try it out. They shot great, we...

I'm in shock that it seems at least this writer didn't get "suspect" and "victim" backwards like most seem to do.

Well, in a situation like this there's what I'd like to do and what I probably would have done. #1 What I would like to do. I would have liked to hold him at gun point and have him empty his pockets. I would then proceed to go through his wallet taking any cash, credit cards, or identification he ha...

I don't know if it's below MSRP, but over on brianenos.com he's got all the dillon stuff along with some packages that he's put together that really look like the way to go if your just getting into it. Hope that helps

Ex-military or not, its a little over the top. I'm not even sure if I'd feel comfortable standing next to this guy at the range while wondering about his current mental state. Still though, glad you got the picture, ha.

Just a little kershaw scallion... That assisted opening thing took some getting used to and I'm pretty sure my friends still think I carry a switchblade. But it's always sharp and is big enough for anything I need it for.

Well, all these lists look great. Here's mine...

- Springfield XD40 Sub-compact

the end.

I'd love to build that list alot bigger but every time the funds are available there's always a new bill to pay. I'm hoping to add a mossberg 590 to that soon and then eventually a 1911.

It's quite possible. I was 5 blocks from the police station. Then again, I don't think most undercover cops drive around in 1975 1-ton Chevy Custom vans with "Ladie's Choice" inscribed on the side. ;-) Ah... a fellow vanner. I've got a 94' Dodge conversion van at the moment. I had an 88' ...

Yeah, one of these days when the gun "want list" gets alittle shorter I'd love to upgrade to a dillon also.... But for now the turret will do just fine.
