Like Seamus said, there is no one right answer.
MrsFosforos likes to carry her pistols at 2 o clock (also known as Appendix Carry). This works rather well with small pistols like the Tomcat, but everyone's body is different, so your mileage way vary. The SmartCarry pouch is an alternative if other IWB holsters don't meet your needs.
