Wishing for more rain

Actually that may be better news. Takes about 18 months for the other investigation.

Security Clearance speeds process?

I am new to this forum and apologize if this topic has already been posted, but can anyone tell me if the CHL process goes any faster if a person already has a government clearance? The FBI does a complete background check on me every 5 years.
I would appreciate any input.
