This is a powerful observation. They are letting violent criminals out on the streets all over Harris County. However this man, even though it is presumed that his firearm was discharged "accidentally", and even though no one appears to have been seriously or permanently harmed, is treated differently because his offense involved a gun, and because Harris County is now run almost exclusively by democrat politicians.Charles L. I"m not saying he should not have been charged or required to post a bond. I simply find the different handling of intentional violent acts and an apparent/possible accident quite telling.
