Louisiana bill requiring gun serial number to purchase ammo
The LA House has introduced a bill (HB 8) that would require a purchaser of ammunition to bring in the weapon that the ammunition is for so that the clerk can record the serial number of the gun to make sure the gun is not stolen or the serial number is not altered.
