Wow - again? Really? The market for this bit of stupidity is the small segment of people that have a gun and somehow managed to get a concealed license and they have some really messed up mindset that they are cops - or that when they find themselves in an incident, and I say "when" because in my view I think they are seeking a shootout, they will whip out the badge/sash/tiara and proclaim "it's OK - I have a license!". Pure stupidity!!
