You wouldn't need to. Just tell the dispatcher that you will be there till your Rx is ready and then you need to get your wife home, but that the guy is there acting weird.

Depending on what exactly constitutes acting in an aggressive manner, feeling threatened doesn't justify the threat of deadly force, despite what professional internet experts will say.
