When I trained up for the Austin half 2 yrs ago, I purchased sort of mini butt pack (refuse to call it a fanny pack). I got it at luke's locker, and it fit, small emergency runner's poncho, my iPhone, and a house key. It was reflective, and neoprene. It could've easily fit an LCP or like....but I never carried when I ran.
I'm not against...I just never did. Cycling, I use a camelback and it would easily hold guns much larger.
