My advice is to write a letter of complaint to the Entity owning the property, also name the Rodeo folks and include in the letter that they are violating the law. I would also send copies to a few newspapers in case anyone cared. If that gets you no where, I would then post on the internet the peoples actual names and how they are obviously anti gun. Most likely none of that will work, but you may feel better.
