Is it legal to carry IWB openly or do I need an actal OWB holster?

Called Austin today, finally got through and they told me they couldn't hear my phone. Never had any phone issues at all except for this call. They said they will call me back. Yeah right. Very frustrating experiance.

Still waiting, no change on staus.

Noticed today that there are no choices for submitting address change, lost license, etc on the RDS sight. Is it just me?
Was told a relacement would be mailed out for the CHL I never received, but who knows?

Called Austin back, this dtime I was transferred to another person who said they would send one right out. Expect it a week to 10 days. We will see.

Just called Austin. They said my license was sent out Oct 19. I never received it. Now they say I have to wait until Dec 2 to call back and ask for another one.

I submitted my application on line Sept 25, had the fingerprints done the next Wednesday. I did receive a confirmation that the application was received, however, nothing yet. I sent an email to the Texas RSD site for an update on my application on Nov 12. Haven't received any answer as of today. No...
