It was different from every other username I've ever had.
Unfortunately it was only after I told my wife out loud what it was that I really recognized how "Hey kid, want some candy?" It came off as.

I always leave my holster and mag pouch on. Leaving kydex holsters in your car is a great way to not have a holster when you come back to your car in Houston.

Make sure if your holster is made of kydex it doesn't get left in the car as well. I also live in Houston, and after coming back to my car a few hours later my weapon was still cool to the touch(surprisingly), so I feel safe in saying you'll be good.

I carry one in the chamber, safety off. Thought process being that if I feel I am in so much danger that I have to end someone or something, my weapon needs to be as ready as I am.
