Not sure but I did receive my plastic today! Website did change for me yesterday, and was approved middle of last week according to the rep when I called.

your time line sounds just like mine! I posted a reply on another comment you made regarding the wait after the website changed. mine was approved last week, website finally changed last night. hoping I see it in the mailbox at home when I get off work!
