Tanker1983, does your status show “fingerprints under review” also? Curious because we have similar timeline & mine shows pending status on finger prints.

Tanker1983, “RENEWING MY LTC” today (5-1-20) counting only week days not weekends is 32 days since RSD confirmed my application was received, (counting entire amount of time total is 6 weeks) but RSD only counts working days which is 32 days total.
It just fuzzles (new word) my bottom (LOL that people who sent their renewal in 5-10 days after me already got confirmation “green & mailed” on RSD’s website & I’m still over here stuck in “all green EXCEPT the finger prints & background check” are still yellow. My confirmation date “received application for renewal” is 03-19-20...
Have you had any movement on yours? Just trying to pin weeks to days to hours down on receiving mine..

Me too,,, 3-19 sent renewal application in & 7-9 days later it has been showing “yellow” “back ground under review & fingerprints under review & print pending completion of application review”

still waiting,, been on DPS site for checking on my renewal, sent renewal 3-19-20 & still shows fingerprints & BG in progress.

Your plastic came yesterday on Easter Sunday?? I was certain the mail man was off on Easter Sunday.

First of all Congratulations to all who have received there LTC lately. Secondly, I really don't believe that our state reps or Senator or Gov have been calling RDS putting on heat. I'm pretty confident that they are just calling asking very nicely if the would look up & get John does & Jane does process updated to them with a little importance, please. No heat, just respectful.

For a grand total of 93 calendar days and 61 business days since my confirmation email. If I hadn't called my state rep and Gov Abbott, who knows how long it would have taken? I think that shaved off 2-3 weeks.
