1st- They don't do anything with your application until at least they have CHL-100 & fingerprints in. Also they are so far behind right now (around 3-4 wks) that app's that were sent in the beginning of December are just in the last week are starting being processed. 2nd- Depends on when they start processing your app & what might be needed (doc's missing)Texasboy281 wrote:I did my new CHL app online and mailed in the form they need a little over a week ago.... Do anyone know if they still will start the process of my app once the recive it?.... Or will they not review it till the finger prints are done also?
Last question about how long does it take them to notify you if extra documents is need?
