I was watching and heard a report on the new OC law that went into effect. then they went to the street and theses YAHOO's dressed in tactical gear and sporting new IN your face holsters, plus a few carrying shot guns. Boy these open carry nuts made every mature person who carries look like horses ...

When all is said and done I predict only about 10% of all LTC permit holders will OC. Frankly, most lack the confidence to OC.

I prefer 1 in the chamber. I suggested looking at Israelis for information purposes.
I would like to check out that video since encounters are seldom single-cause and effect events, in this case not having a round chambered in carry mode.
