I have always had better luck calling around 6pm.

On one of my call in's, I got a Supervisor by chance. She informed me they go by 60 business days and by the submission of the last article as the start date. So if fingerprints were last and after the confirmation letter then that is the date they go by. I politely told her the law did not specify business days so legally she can not insert "business days" into the law. She agreed and then told told me but it will be business days. LOL

09/20 - Online application and document upload
10/08 - Fingerprints
10/22 - DPS website status change
10/24 - Plastic in hand!

Yours was fast considering from fingerprints until card was 16 days.

Waiting on mine. Just curious, how long was your wait? Wondering the shortest time, the lucky guy and the longest time, the unlucky guy ?
