How many college football players are age 21 or older? I'm guessing they'd be in the minority.
Of any who are 21 and older, how many of them live on campus? I'm guessing essentially none.

Oops, I presumed that Missouri was like Texas in that you could not purchase a handgun until age 21. Which would have made the whole thing mostly a moot point.

A few minutes with google has informed me that the legal age in Missouri is 18.
