Thanks for all of the replies! Sounds like it should be no big deal. I just didn't want to get caught up with not being able to send in documentation on an arrest I listed. If I'm understanding correctly, the letter from the County Clerk stating no record of the arrest should cover it. Thanks again.

Also, is there any way for me to perform a search for my Arrest Record that is sure to include everything that the DPS search will bring up? I really don't want any surprises.

I just completed my CHL/LTC course today and started filling out the application online. I have an arrest for Public Intoxication in LaMarque,TX from many years ago. I don't have a clue what year this happened in. I have gotten my criminal record from Galveston County and this arrest was not listed....
