You're absolutely right. It is possible to become a pharmacist by age 22.KBCraig wrote:There is no BSPharm any longer. The PharmD is the first awarded degree. If someone graduates from high school early at 16 and goes straight into a 60-100 hour pre-pharm program (skipping the Bachelor degree), then pharm school, it's possible to be an accredited pharmacist by age 22.KD5NRH wrote:Six years of what? A BSPharm and 1500hrs of internship would be a bit under 5 years, assuming no special effort to speed things along via unholy courseload, etc. In some states, even a PharmD can be had in around 5 years.WildBill wrote:Think about it. (edit: the cuss filter doesn't care for the common abbreviation for a Bachelor of Science degree, and "skipping the bull" just didn't make much sense...)

Previous posts have suggested that HEMIzygote is NOT affiliated with Texas Tech School of Pharmacy nor any other school. Because of privacy issues, any personal information, such as his [first] name, has been removed from all previous posts by the moderators.KBCraig wrote:This may have been covered elsewhere, but just FYI... there are only two students named Ryan at the Texas Tech School of Pharmacy. One is class of 2009, the other class of 2011.

I have been talking in riddles in a couple of my last posts, but no one took the bait. So at the risk of getting booted off the forum I'll tell you all what I have found out about HEMIzygote. All of this is a matter of public record.
Think about it. HEMIzygote has stated on this forum that he is 22 years old and an "infectious disease pharmacist." It takes at least six years to become a pharmacist. To specialize is "infectious diseases" he would need a PhD which is about 8 years. Do the math. Even if he was "Doogie Hooser."
In his post about the CCW open-holster protest, he stated he was a teacher and wore it at school. He is not listed as a Texas Tech faculty member or graduate student. He did post a letter to the editor to the student newspaper. The letter did not state how he was connected with the University.
Pharmacists need to be licensed by the state. HEMIzygote does not have a Texas pharmacist license. Even if he did, he could only work in Texas. His license would not be valid in Massachusetts so "his company" could not sent him there to "fill in" at a hospital or pharmacy.
The Texas State Board of Pharmacy shows HEMIzygote is a "pharmacy technician", not a pharmacist.
HEMIzygote stated several times that he did not work for a large chain store. The Texas State Board of Pharmacy says he does.
So this is what I know. Make you own conclusions.

I don't know how this will end. You can't prove that it didn't happen just because you can't find anything in the news. There is always a chance that it wasn't reported or you didn't see it. What evidence would you need to prove that the story is false other than for HEMIzygote to admit that he made it up?
